Turkey meatloaf with feta cheese is a healthier alternative to the American version of meatloaf that uses ground beef. Instead, you will be using ground turkey and preparing the loaf just the same. Only this time you will be mixing in some other ingredients that will give the turkey meat some extra good flavor. To start preparing this dish, you need to get a large bowl and place the ground turkey meat inside of it. Pour bread crumbs over the meat and massage them into it. Now you will want to add the other ingredients; milk, eggs, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley salt and feta cheese. Massage those ingredients into the meat as well. Make sure you have clean hands before touching the food. If you are preparing this food for other people, use plastic gloves to massage the meat so that you can keep up sanitary conditions. Once all of the ingredients have mixed and blended well with the ground turkey, shape the meat into a loaf with your hands. Place the loaf onto a pan or cookie sheet and then place the pan into the oven. Set the temperature of the oven to 325ºF. You will also need a meat thermometer so that you can measure the inside of the turkey meat. The temperature on the inside needs to get to 165ºF, which should take around 45 minutes. Then remove the loaf from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Cut the loaf in slices and you are ready to serve.
